How does personalisation work?

Type your text, choose your font, colour and material, and our live preview shows exactly what we'll make. For photo or logo pieces, we email you a digital proof to approve before anything goes into production.

Can I see a proof before you make it?

Yes — every personalised order includes a proof step. Text-only pieces show an exact live preview at checkout; photo, logo and handwriting pieces get an emailed proof within 24 hours, and nothing is made until you approve it.

What if I made a typo in my order?

Email us within 12 hours (or reply to your proof email) and we'll fix it free. We engrave exactly what's approved, so please double-check spelling.

How long until my order arrives?

Most pieces are made in 2–7 business days (each product page shows its exact make time), then shipped with Australia Post or Sendle — 5–8 business days standard, 2–3 express.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

We ship everywhere in Australia — standard $9.95, free over $99. For international orders, contact us first.

Can you rush an order for an event?

Often, yes. Contact us with your date before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can guarantee it. We never promise a date we can't hit.

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Personalised items can't be resold, so they aren't returnable for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or different from your approved proof, contact us and we'll put it right. Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Photograph the damage (box included, if you can) and email us within 7 days. A replacement goes into the next production run — you don't need to post anything back.

Do you do corporate and bulk orders?

Yes — client gifts, team awards, event signage and branded pieces, with volume pricing from 5 units. Email us your brief and logo and we'll send a quote plus a sample proof within two business days.

Can you make something custom that isn't on the site?

Accepted Answer
